Stitch Details
Flowers and leaves are satin stitch. I recommend starting your leaves in the middle. Finishing one side and then the other to keep stitches straight. For the flowers you want to imagine the stitches radiating out like the spokes of a wheel. Stitches will be closer together in the center and further apart on the outside.
Outlines, stems, and eye are back stitch. Remember on tight curves or small areas keep your stitches small.
I recommend doing the white last. The other colors can be done in any order you wish. The last step is to add the flowers.
Place your cream flower between the green stems. Stitch one stitch to hold it in place. Then place your yellow felt flower on top. Make a diagonal stitch and then another diagonal stitch over top to form an X. Repeat the process for the second flower set.
